I have to organize a game for 10-15 elderly people living in assisted living. What could I do besides Bingo?

For nursing school, we are doing a presentation on Alzheimer’s to a group of “well” elderly people who live in an assisted living facility. After the presentation we are supposed to do a game. What game could we play besides Bingo that doesn’t take up a huge amount of time and is fairly easy?

What are good bingo prizes to give out besides money?

My aunt and I will be sponsoring a Prize BINGO, and I want to get some good prizes, any ideas? We want to have a Grand Prize for the last game too, but don’t want to spend too much money on a Grand Prize.

Besides setting up folding chairs for bingo night, what exactly does a “community organizer” do?

I mean really. Is their any need whatsoever for such things or are they just a made-up thing like sociology professors.
